Amazon Amazon Downloader pulling hearing impaired audio

When downloading new NCIS or INK Master episodes the audio is hearing imparied. Is there a fix.

I've no P+ channel at Prime, so I can only test at P+ direct (US) ..
.. and there are two english Audio offers




If you use P+ Channel at Amazon - so you should try a individual analysis => here
(think so, because analyzed s01e01 at P+ don't offer two en Audio in SF)

go into settings - preferences - VIP Services - preferred settings - check to see if you have pre-select descriptive audio unchecked.

I experienced this problem a couple of days ago (English Soundtrack).

I downloaded Yellowstone (Series 5 Part 2) on the Paramount Plus Channel on Amazon (No VPN).

All settings were correct, so after a bit of playing around I changed the Audio Download from AAC to EAC3/AC3 and it solved the above issue.

Yellowstone was the only download I had with this problem..
