Even the Moderators of this forum can not directly connect with "the creators or developers". So the answer is No.

This forum is primarily for users to help other users. As October262 noted, there is an address to file a ticket if you have a specific question or suggestion. There is no guarantee that they will reply to you.

Wilson.Wang is the project manager of StreamFab. He is neither a creator nor a developer. Most of Wilson's message read like this, "I'll have the developer check it out". He is just an indirect liaison to the developers, he is not the developer. From all the information I've able to gather, it appears that the developer is a third party entity. Wilson claims that the developer is a DVDFab employee, but I've found no evidence of that by going through the employee list.
How do I know this? In happier times before we were being ignored, back about a year ago, jpp72 and I were both named Moderators and Administrators. We were able to see slightly behind the curtain as to how this company really runs. We never knew who exactly the developer was, nor had we ever communicated with the developer directly. We had to go through Wilson. I don't know how many times we made a suggestion on how to fix a problem with SF only to see it appear a week or two later all screwed up because of miscommunications. Jack (jpp72) is still totally pissed off with what they did and didn't do with regard to the Default Name Templates.

all right, thanks for the information

Anyway, I hope that when I need help or suggest something, I may still get some response from them or Wilson, since he's the project manager

People have tried and tried. There seems as only one developer, and it's still unknown where they get their trouble issues from, as many are not even reported in the forum.
One can only assume it's through feedback. But even at that when a real legitimate issue is reported they either say wait for next version or they need more info or the issue has been forwarded to the developer.
Every report/feedback (as they don't call it support) since I remember was answered by the same person 'RAIN' and don't even understand the workings of SF, they have no clue even though I break it down to a 5th-grade level in reporting YouTube, Amazon, Peacock, and a few other issues.
Amazon still having weird issues and YouTube has been broken since 6202.

I can only imagine that the developer has 1000s of reports, puts them in a hat, and picks what they feel like fixing. Along with the fact, it looks as though they are required to come up with new useless modules/sites that SF can charge for unless users or new buyers are wise enough to add the $100 NPG.
And then to find out most of the added modules/sites are only because of updates to yt-dlp, to support more sites, which is available for free.
What a waste of time, streamfab's so-called support.
As far as logs, send them via SF itself, send feedback, or via (https://www.dvdfab.cn/member.htm?a=get_support). Sending feedback via SF is also viewable on the member site.

but then, even so, what do you think of the program?

and just to know, what are the current problems that need fixing in Streamfab? because I plan to buy more modules this week

I already know one and I've passed it on to them in the members and in the suggestions

There are many small problems, and there will always be, but for me the modules I use work.
