Amazon StreamFab 6.2.1.0 - Amazon Prime 4K now Possible ?

Do I understand the Changelog of the new Version 6.2.1.0 correctly, then you can now also download Videos from Amazon Prime in 4K if it is offered ?

I think the Changelog is a bit general when it comes to which Streaming Services are now offer 4K.

    If you mean this:
    Code:
New: Added support to download all Max videos (if the video contains 4K quality in Max) as 4K/1080p high-quality resolution.
I take that to mean all Max videos offered in 4K can be downloaded as 4K and 1080p (using SF's Max downloader).

I don't believe that statement applies to other SF download modules.

I don't think he means the Max info - but
New: Added support for 4K high-quality resolution
This has been corrected with a dash in front of it, because it refers U-NEXT
      see also Codec option here

How can we implement 4K if we cannot stream in 4K in the PC browser?

You would have to go to the source where the Smart TV gets its data...

check videohelp, reddit, google etc well you can with Widevine L1 CDM, Playready SL3000 API and with scripts like VineTrimmer, dvdfab could offer it if they wanted too i guess. That's how warez scene groups or individuals are doing it. Basically any streaming services could be done in UHD/4k even Netflix, bravia core and such

New: Some improvements on the U-NEXT Downloader module.
                - New: Added support for 4K high-quality resolution.
                - New: Added support to select H264/H265 video Codec on the analysis prompt window.
                - New: Added support to select EAC3/AAC audio Codec on the analysis prompt window.
                - New: Added support to display the audio and video Codec information in the task queue.
I took this to mean that, all of the "- New: Added support" is to the U-Next downloader only.
