    StreamFab for Windows StreamFab 6.2.1.0 - Multiple Download Issues Across Services

    Since updating to StreamFab version 6.2.1.0, I’ve been running into major problems with downloading content. Here’s a breakdown of the issues I’m facing:

    Peacock & Paramount+ Issues:
    • I can’t download anything from either service.
    • The process starts as expected, downloading the audio segments, but fails once it moves to the video.
    • I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:
      • Logged out and back into the app (without uninstalling).
      • Restarted my computer and StreamFab multiple times.

    Netflix Issues:
    • I tried downloading The Six Triple Eight, and I got this error:
      • "Pardon the Interruption. This title is not available to watch instantly. Please try another title. Error Code: E-100"
      • To ensure it wasn’t just that title, I also tried downloading the Netflix series The Madness. The program won’t even finish analyzing it—it just spins endlessly.
    Prime Video:
    • This is the only service I’ve tested so far that’s working. I was able to successfully download something from Prime Video.

    Summary of What I’ve Tried:
    • Logged out of my accounts and back in.
    • Restarted both my computer and the StreamFab app several times.
    • Tested multiple streaming services:
      • Peacock: Fails on video segment.
      • Paramount+: Same as Peacock.
      • Netflix: Fails with error messages or spins endlessly while analyzing.
      • Prime Video: Successfully downloaded.
    Other Services (Untested):
    • I haven’t even tried Apple TV+, Disney+, Max, or Hulu yet because I’m so irritated with the issues I’m already facing.


    My Main Concerns:
    This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I’ve purchased a lifetime license for StreamFab. The program feels unreliable when it doesn’t work for major services like Netflix, Peacock, and Paramount+. I’d appreciate it if the developers could provide guidance or a fix for these issues.

    I’ve attached screenshots to show the failed downloads for reference. Hopefully, someone from the team or community can help me figure out what’s going on.

    Need to attach your logs for the techies to see what's going on. All 3 are working fine for me

      As Walker189 wrote, we need your StreamFab.log. Since you named Amazon as Prime Video, where are you located? How did you update to 6.2.1.0? Online popup? (bad) Or offline download? (the only way) It's best to follow the instructions (ALL the instructions) for doing a clean install found in the "Sticky" section at the top of the forum.
