What's the easiest and best way to make prime accounts for other countries to get videos? If possible, without adding a phone number.

Duplicate what you have as your original account including your username and password. Be aware....Prime with Amazon (Amazon.com) will get you a few countries...UK,DE,JA,US with a VPN.
All other countries are under Primevideo.com. You have to physically change your account to the country you want and still use a VPN. Some people have good luck, others have difficulty changing their account back to their home country and have to have customer service do it for them. Customer Service is not exactly easy to get on Amazon anymore.
Try at your own risk.
Primevideo.com will always default to the country on your account. If I try to log in from the US, it will redirect me to Amazon.com even if I am using a VPN.
