Error 702

Generally have no problems downloading from Prime. Just tried Landman and every episode I try gives an error the first time during remux. Download again and it works fine.
It is said if I upload a log in this case that my login creds are visible. Are there specific lines where it is safe to post?

1st: the log is not public, only you, "DVDFab Stuff"
and some "Trusted Members" can open attached log

2nd: SF password was never in clear text and provider info never included
and log from most SF versions contains no SF account info (don't know why differs) ..

Of course you can search for your SF login mailaddress and, if found, remove it.

I only know the error 702 if no key was determined for decryption ..
.. but I have never had this myself with a provider

Yeah, you can always post a log when there are errors. My issue would be if it gives an issue the first time and the next time the issue doesn't happen, it could easily be an issue with Amazon. OR
Might be a connection issue, or maybe even that specific show. The fact that when I looked, it told me I need Paramont+ to access it, I won't know.
So really would a log help, maybe? it's not like it happens every time or show.
But I know if I can get things to download I try to keep going, yes if it happens every other time it can become tiresome, but get what you can.

If what Germania says is the issue it may take the first time to get what it needs so then it can download the 2nd time. Could even be an SF server issue, as they have had several issues lately.
I know Wilson had to chime in on a few topics lately, something needed to be changed on the server for other providers.

This was my thought. Because the key exchange was taking too long with the mothership, the second time it downloaded it worked because at that point they decided what the key was from the previous attempt. And that was for each episode which made logical sense.

@Sebastian001 I always download the full installers.

Just had the same error on a different show -- as Germania points out, it's probably a key exchange failure.
The official support route wants me to do the usual, delete log and temp folders.

Another failure to add to the mix, because it happens more frequently.
Again, happens during the remux, and a retry it works fine.
