Amazon Download Quota Isn't Renewing

For the past couple of days, the Prime quota of 100 downloads was refreshing every 12 hours - and not at midnight my time, but around 6:30-7:00 am and pm.

I'm really paying for it now - the last rollover/refresh I had for Prime was at 6:30am yesterday - it's now over 36 hours later, with no refresh. I have SF installed in 2 computers, I'm dead in the water as far as renewal of Prime downloads on both versions.

Anyone else having this same issue?

Absolutely. I couldn't believe it when I saw the counter continually reset after 12 hours over the weekend.

And now it's FINALLY reset, sometime between my initial post and before 7:59 PM EST - which is a weirdo time for a reset, not least as it's not at the top of any hour.

I find the reset happens around late afternoon EST - maybe 12 AM UTC (which would be 7PM EST)? Also I find closing and restarting SF usually helps get counter reset - if its open on either computer, may not reset properly

But if I have understood it correctly ..
.. the displayed counter in SF does not necessarily change at the same time

the tokens appear to visually reset within the app at midnight local
to the machine, but new tokens aren't available until midnight UTC

the token indicator in the UI resetting at midnight local and the tokens actually resetting at midnight UTC need to be aligned.

"Not necessarily" is right.
My counter used to reset at midnight my time (05:00 UTC), but then I had that interval early this week where it reset (for Prime, at least) every 12 hours between 6:30-7. After that glitched and froze, it finally reset itself sometime before 8pm my time last night, so I'll see if it sticks to that time in a 24 hour cycle.

But it's definitely off in one aspect, in that it's resetting at something like 49 minutes in, i.e. not at the start of any hour.

After being at 00:00 UTC at the PC for the first time since this topic ..
.. I can only confirm that the reset for me happened exactly at 00:00 UTC.

What's going on is the SF software renews the counter at midnight your time but then must "phone home" to get tokens. The tokens are not made available until each day at 12:00 AM UTC which will vary depending on your computer's location.
