    Amazon Amazon - SF 6.2.1.2

    When downloading from Amazon (US) the selected movie just flips out (like it's going to play) and then back to the movie's page. It never starts downloading. Log folder is empty.

    If you updated using the "update now" button, can you try re-installing using the offline installer? https://www.dvdfab.cn/download.htm You can try by just installing over top of your existing installation first.

      I did update and then I downloaded it and installed over it. Same thing. You recommend uninstalling it and reinstalling using the offline installer?

        No, it's not. There is much more to doing a clean install than just writing over an update with another update.

        Follow the instructions completely as found in the Sticky section above named How to do a clean install of StreamFab (Windows)

          If you installed the offline installer over top of your existing installation, then I would do the full clean install process that Cats4U suggests.

          Note; I usually suggested using the offline installer over top first, as it sometimes fixes things, before doing all the work of the full clean install process.

            ***I wasn't clear with that answer. I meant that I did the update and I uninstalled/reinstalled and I had the same issue. I just uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled. I'll try to download the movie (Hearts in Atlantis) again and if it doesn't work I'll do the clean install. Thanks for the feedback.

              I have done what the clean install states and rebooted and reinstalled 6.2.1.3. I still cannot download from Amazon. I do have a log file now, though.

                I see in Log: liveupdate uninstall + liveupdate install

                But since no Amazon file was called ...

                  There is no way that you completely followed the instructions for doing a clean install. Not even close. I don't know why I've spent hours writing up various instructions when no one reads or follows them.
