Max Not getting Dolby Atmos !

Hello, I don't know why I only have DPP 5.1 at 256 kb/s when I download 4k HDR DV movies that stipulates DA codec is available.
Why is that ?

I encountered this problem as well. I checked the previous download history and found that after version SF 6.2.1.3, this issue arose, which is that I can only download the 256Kbps EAC3 format and cannot download the Atmos audio format.

Versions after SF 6.2.1.3 are unable to download Atmos from Max and can only download EAC3. Please refer to the settings in SF 6.2.1.3 in the new version to restore the Atmos download feature. Thank you!
