    I downloaded a few things this morning with version 6.2.1.5, but then all downloads on Amazon stopped working after I purchased Man Seeking Woman. It analyzed the season I purchased (season 1), but then the first download failed and then it didn't attempt to download the next episode, which is what it usually does for me. I then tried to download something else, and had the same problem. I tried renaming my cache with no luck. I was able to watch the shows in my regular browser, just not streamfab's browser. I've attached a screenshot of the error message for my last attempted download and my log file. Any help would be appreciated.

    Update: l'm now able to download other shows on Amazon, but still not my purchased season 1 of Man Seeking Woman. I've never had trouble downloading purchases before. The only thing I can think of that's different is that I've never purchased and downloaded only one season of a show before.

      try clearing your cookies & cache - reboot streamfab and retry season 1 of man seeking woman again.

        Where is your actual location (i.e. country)? What country's Amazon/Prime website are you connecting into to get Man Seeking Woman? Also, attach your StreamFab.log.

          I'm in the US. I thought I attached the log file. Let me try again.

            I see in log the serie "Vera" and some
            [Info]: [Amazon]" not found site_page_url: ..
            but analyze looks fine

            Then "Man Seeking Woman" and analyze looks fine
            you select h265 + eac3 and in log follows:
            Code:
            [Critical]: "[Amazon]" select lstAudio empty.
            CefControl::processFinishCallback "CefControl::processFinishCallback bSuccess :0, strID :B00S96FQM4, strOutPath :, nErrorCode :800"
            Since I can't test it, I would suggest: Try again with AAC

              I also saw these banners in Germany for a while. I stopped seeing them after 6215.
              NEVER use the update function within Streamfab. Always download the offline file!

                I've seen that a thousand times here. SF forum needs you to add a picture and the log in a certain way.

                Do it that way and the log will never go missing.

                  I changed the setting from h265 to h264 and everything went fine. Thanks for the uploading tip Cats4U.
