Peacock peacock audio language issue

Hi everyone, all my downloaded content from peacock has Spanish audio tracks only even if I choose English and Spanish to be downloaded, is there any way to fix this?
it has been like this for some time now even in new versions of SF. Thank you

Can't help much, I can only say for better results, state at least 3 to 4 titles you tried. Maybe even show screenshots of settings in SF settings and when download pops up.

There are a few "trusted members" here, you could post a log for them to see as well.

I only checked a few items on Peacock lately, all only gave me English to select.

IF this was widespread, I think we would have seen more posts. Maybe uninstall SF and download from sticky post the offline installer and try again?
If not try deleting cache and log files see the default location or if you use custom locations open SF and look in settings for the locations.

Ok, I did find a movie in both English and Spanish called The Wild Robot.

Again, naming a title or 2, at least, would have made it easier.

AND YES, even though it says and downloads English and Spanish, it ONLY plays in Spanish.
And even using VLC media player and selecting English, you get Spanish audio.

This is the media info, so something is wrong :/



ADDED: so far only way to get English is to just select English. Selecting both English and Spanish even though it says in every way it's English and Spanish it only plays in Spanish.
