    Max I can't download from HBO Max, there is no analysis

    I can't download from HBO Max, there is no analysis. The latest version is installed. The log directory was deleted before starting. When the content is available, the analysis starts automatically with the option checked. When starting the selected video, the download icon does not light up or turn "yellow". What could be the problem? Other downloaders (NETFLIX, SkyShowTime, etc.) work. I don't use a VPN. I'm attaching the log file.​

      No errors in your log, as is usually the case when analysis detects nothing ..
      .. I tried your title in HU and can't detect a problem:



      When it is playing in the browser ..
      .. click on the < (back arrow at top left) to star on the series page.

      Otherwise try to rename your cache when SF is closed - like here
      and re-login to Max and try again​

        Sometimes I get stuck on Analyzing too. If I hit refresh or back arrow as Germania recommends it usually works for me. I know its working. Im using it right now.

          Thank you all for your help, interesting,. it works now.
          First, after about 10 minutes of waiting, the analysis window opened and I was able to download.
          Then I tried the back arrow and it really works.​
