Fandango at Home Failed to analyze

Just purchased the Fandango at home module today. Worked fine for about six or seven movies. Then I started getting an error message telling me that I need to confirm that I have purchased the movie. These are movies that are in my purchased movies, it says failed to retrieve video playback or information would appreciate any help on this I know it's new so I will try to be patient but I can't even go back to the old way now that I have purchased this module. I'm not sure whether it happens on every title I'm going to do a little more investigation on it. But in just a minute I will upload a log file along with a screenshot of what it's doing. Also just to make sure before this question is asked this file is using the beta version that was right before the newest release but the newest release also does the same thing.

Just a small update. It seems to only be doing this on select titles, these are titles that I own but it is not doing it on all of them. If there's a certain bit of information that is needed for each title that fails I can start making a list and give the information that you need to see about fixing it. But these are movies that are I own that are in my movie library on Fandango.

As I said in my original post 6.2.1.8 does the very same thing The only reason I went back to the beta version was to see if it would work better. So far I've run into about 14 titles that I own that will not analyze. I keep getting the error message to confirm I have purchased these are purchased and in my library.

I see you did already post a log, maybe try 2 or 3 of the trouble videos and post a log from each? Only way Wilson can tell, and those who had trouble before gave logs, and that was the reason for the beta and then 6218. Although maybe more logs are not needed if same error message.

Reminder most of DVDfab is away until at least Feb 4th now.
Usual locations for temp, and cache files. Windows Streamfab.
            %HOMEPATH%/Documents/DVDFab/StreamFab/Temp

All the videos that I'm having trouble with are giving me the same error. So I will wait and hear as to whether they actually need more than one log file. Being as I own these movies I don't understand why it would think that I don't I'm sure it's something simple so I will be patient and wait until I can get an answer. I have been able to download quite a few but some movies I own here I can't watch on any other venue so this is the only place I can download them from.

Tried a few different version of streamfab, the beta 6217, and the latest 6219 when I goto Fandango, and go into my libary and pick a Owned video, it starts analysing ,but then the program closes.

Every single movie in my library in fandango at home does this, streamfab just exits out instantly. and closes.

You don't seem to own the Fandango at Home module.

I can only say you can do 1 or both of the following.
Post another post with a log, and tag Wilson.Wang

                        Or

Go to (here) and make a feedback report and send logs, this can also be done in SF by opening the settings, feedback option.

Your issue seems to be related to just certain videos. There may be something with those videos. I know you posted before but try what's posted above.

Right BUT It does show 3 remaining trial attemps in the launch window for all the modules.

Could you please take a look at my original post as I am the author of this question which is completely different from the one which was answered, I've waited patiently I really would like to get an answer to this it may be something you can't fix that's fine but being as my thread has been hijacked it's going to get buried so any help would be appreciated thank you.
