Amazon Some subtitles missing on specfic show

Hiho,
I wonder if someone else has this issue:
On Shangrila Frontier (Amazon Crunchyroll Channel) the German subtitles seem to be not downloadable.
When playing in the browser, I can select german, but in the download dialog after analysing it doesn't show up.

This must have worked in october last year, because I have downloaded season 1 with german subtitles.
If I try the same now, I can only select a bunch of other languages, but not german.

I didn't find any other shows with that issue though

SF has an bug if subtitles if it is not divided into several parts, SF does not mux it in the final file.... during download check the temporary folder of the download and take vtt subtitle from there

Thanks for the hint, but the german subs don't show up there either ... I see subs in other languages though

As I said, it doesn't even show up in the subs list in the download dialog


Actually german seems the only sub missing when checking against the browser

have you tried changing your amazon region to see if you can get the german subtitles ??

Wow, thanks ... that actually worked, I set it from "Auto" to "Amazon.de"
Now german subtitles are also available
