Unable to Finish Analyzing: The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug Extended Edition

Streamfab Version: 6.2.1.9.

Whenever I try to analyze this movie (The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug - Extended Edition) from MAX, StreamFab never stops analyzing the movie. It seems to only have an issue with this movie....I'm not sure what I might be doing wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have this issue with MAX all the time. What works for myself is when it starts to analyzing in the Home MAX screen be ready to click on the skip video buttons that pop up i.e., Skip Credits this will keep SF from timing out in its search. Sometimes this doesn't work the first time so I try again and it normally works the second time around. So with MAX I have to baby sit my DL's.

After 1st try i see in Log "Catch MPD invalid." ..
.. but after start the movie (without Skip) 2nd try works:

USA (23fps - 3:06:30)

Europe (25fps - 2:58:53)

Results (h265 - 720p)

If you have problems, try a different title first (example standard version)

i have same problem but with Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, theatrical and ultimate edition are stuck at analyzing. it's only this movie that has the issue, i can download other titles just fine.

At the latest after my previous post it should be clear
that there are differences in the continents.
It would therefore be helpful if the country is specified for Max.

Then it was already checked (NYC) ..
.. but only ran on the 3rd attempt after the hanging QCef.exe process had to be terminated and SF restarted
(only the short version was available in Europe)
