Tubi Tubi Super Bowl in 4K - will SF be able to get it?

Just looking into alternatives. Tubi is streaming the Super Bowl in 4K (looks more like 2.5K, but still...) and I'm wondering if we're going to be able to download it with StreamFab once it's saved?

It is not produced in 4K (too expensive)... The only thing they do is deliver the world signal with HDR if a country requests it. I don't know if HDR is broadcast in the USA. In Germany it was ordered (pay TV).

I guess that's why it doesn't look 4K, but if that's HDR, it's the best HDR I've ever seen. Any chance it could be 1440p?

Edit: I just read that it is produced in 1080p and Tubi is upscaling it to 4K. Pretty decent upscale IMO.
