NOW English Audio

Hello.
I am connecting from Italy. When analyzing on NOW I get Oriya audio along with italian language. I tried to download an episode and it's English so it's ok. I wondered how I can download the serie with both italian and english language though. It seems I can only choose just of of the two. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you. Fab.

Nope, some VIP services offer only dl from one audio (I don't know why)
If there is no checkbox to click on - you can only dl one language (or not and)
The German variant WOW offer multi-languages:



But I can't see a checkbox in your pic (I can't test - no subscription)

So the only option for NOW is (currently) to dl the title twice ..
(only counts once if on the same day)
.. and then merge the 2nd audio track without SF (easy with mkvtoolnix)
or extract the 2nd audio and merge this with ffmpeg (if prefer mp4) or with mp4box
