Amazon Some episodes get downloaded as H264 instead of H265

on Primevideo italian.

Even if I set H265 for all seasons, about 1 over 10 episodes gets downloaded as H264 with a bitrate exactly 10,000 Kbps (the others are H265 3100-5200 Kbps), according to mediainfo.
Retrying many times that single episode does not change the outcome.

Then I would think that it is not available in H265.

If VIP Setting for Amazon is H265 and it's not marked
automatically after analysis - it's not found ..
.. Is there a change in bitrate/size if you switch between H264 and H265 ?

If not, you can know that beforehand.

That's what I tought, but it seems strange that they made an exception for one episode only in a whole season.

Must be an error at primevideo.

I have also had such single missing epis with AV1 at Netflix
