You can keep complaining here, maybe even try tagging Wilson.Wang, lol, or try SF feedback, so-called support (here), and report the issue over and over.
Some other things and providers are stuck at 480p or 540p as well. Yes, 1080p is great and 4k even better, but some providers don't allow downloading of higher resolutions.

SF doesn't care about you because you have not reached out to them as recommended by Stan001 above. This forum is for users to help other users. No user here is capable of changing what might be caused by the streamer or SF's coding. You will only get satisfaction if you take it up with the StreamFab staff, again, as recommended by Stan001.

This is NOT the place to demand what you have paid for. The forum is for users to talk to other users. Users have no control over your financial mistakes. As posted previously, send Feedback to the staff.
The feedbacks have been sent for months, without an answer from SF. The forum can also be a place for expressing disappointment. It has happened with the SF modules concerning US streamers, it may also happened for those from other regions.
