Wilson.Wang Please take a look at this issue. The series consists of 8 episodes, and 3 of them have been converted to 1080p, but they should be 2160p. Thank you!

This error has not been fixed in the latest version.

The 2160p versions of The Gilded Age 2022, episodes S02E01, S02E02, and S02E08 are incorrectly downloaded as 1080p.
Similarly, the second and third seasons of Harley Quinn 2019, 2160p downloads are also mistakenly downloaded as 1080p.

The official response has been to ignore this issue, so let's make this post visible to more people.

Perhaps because there is no issue (Max USA via VPN)

Sorry, I forgot to mention the country. I am using a Taiwan IP, which might be related to this issue. The problem with SF 6.2.2.3 still hasn't been resolved.

          Thank you for your reply!

OK, via Taiwan I get also 1080p H265 (now tested s02e02)
although more is offered via cf.asia.prd.media.max.com

            3840x2160 | 28042 Kbps | dvh1.05.06
            3840x2160 | 26184 Kbps | hvc1.2.4.L153.90

Same result with HDR10 or via Thailand - so APAC is affected ..
.. but trying from Europe and also no Dolby Vision

Trying again USA and same epi works with 2160p DV

Thank you for your reply! It seems to be an issue with the Asia-Pacific region.
