DRM M3U8 Issue with some videoes

I have an issue wtih DRM M3U8. I can download, but with some videos it's failing after remuxing

I tried with mp4 instead "MKV (FFmpeg)" and Subtitle
"Extract to SRT File" instead "Remux Into File"
and get the same Failed (with srt in Temp folder)

2nd try with 540p and without sub fails too
3rd try with "MKV (MKVToolNix)" fails too

The Download is fine but the remux fails ..
.. manually dl (without SF) works fine for me

Correction - it only looks like this (that's why it's so fast) ..
.. all segments have only 1 kB - so the video dl is < 1 MB !

Same result with SF 6219

I'm probably wrong about both of these things, but everybody needs an opinion...

a) The "|" (pipe symbol) found in the original file name is probably the source of the problem.

b) Try replacing the current MKVMerge (part of MKVToolNix) with the latest release 90. Obviously, you'd have to change the video format to MKV (MKVToolNix).

All titles from DR.dk have the pipe in site title ..
.. no way to change and change name template is irrelevant

You can forget b) because my post #4

If the full dl fails (without any information), what should remux do?


DL movies with "Youtube Plus" works (with mp4)



The different is that I can play the movie in SF player ..



.. but playing an episode never starts in SF - that causes the problem

I told you that I was probably wrong. I hear what you are saying about the pipe being present in all the files, but I still don't like the use of it by the streamer. It's too powerful a symbol that many developers forget about, and it can mess up processing. As for b), it's foolish to think that a two-year-old program is going to have fixed all its problems compared to a just released version.

I've never found a mkvmerge problem (from other users) ..
.. that could be fixed by me with current mkvmerge release
