Maybe try How to do a clean install of StreamFab (Windows) - DVDFab Forum.
If not then check zoom level in SF and check what DPI and scale settings you use.
How ot check zoom level open SF, goto a provider, hold down Ctrl and click a link another window will open.
Plain and simple: just use streamfab for Windows offline installer, which is always available at https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=StreamFab_x64Comment
