when i inpute correct username and passwrod on streamfab app its not working its saying incorrect re login to download but in chrome i can login sucessfully on chrome pc, what is this?? how to fix

WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

Don't know why, changed password and then re-login. SF says "you've used 1 of 6 authorization" (maybe it lost auth by mac address, that remains the same in my pc?).
