Starz module not wokring

Thanks everyone. After uninstall, clearing caches, reinstalling latest version, reboots, I am able to use the module. Not sure what was going on locally for me but it seems to work fine now. had a few successfully downloads. Thanks again everyone for the help!

I don't understand why people don't follow step-by-step the instructions for doing a clean install. It would cut out many minutes/hours of aggravation and annoyance. I guess it is just human nature, all over the world, that by cutting out a few minutes of extra work that they think they'll come out ahead. All it results in are posts that start off saying the update doesn't work, ending in (usually hours later on a Friday or Saturday) the user saying either they don't know how they fixed it or they admit to finally doing the steps that amount to doing a clean install. I've been watching the same thing, week after week, for more than three years. SMH
