No SF issue, Problem at RTL+ - I can't play (or manually dl) the Premium variant (>540p)
only the free variant works (max 540p) - so try after log out
works (free max 540p)

I was able to solve the problem (outside SF) by changing the CDN
(currently no Premium Video from vodnowusoawsdash-cf.tvnow.de)
