Hulu New behavior - download pauses at 94%

When downloading content, it seems to stop at 94%. At first I thought it was broken so I made several retries, second I thought I needed to go from 6223 to 6224 because the changelog had Hulu in the notes.
Neither held true. I decided to let it stay there, and after several minutes, it completed. Was this a one off or a particular show? No. It has been repeatable on anything I have tried. I see nothing in the log that would suggest a problem.

Knowing now that it is repeatable, I guess it is an annoyance at this time. Is it SF server side or something new on Hulu?

Believe it or not, I think the error code 0 might always be there, lol. Maybe not (?)
It's almost like it pauses at the last ad break? Maybe the 2 or 3 minutes needed to WATCH the ads before closing credits is being enforced somehow?
Just tried a longer show, it does the same thing at 96%.
