StreamFab for Windows Remove File Title and Image cover

Hello,

After downloading videos from streamfab, i am seeing File title ( movie name) and cover.png under image are showing up. i am manually removing them from mkvmerge software

how can i remove them permanently so that they wont be saved when the file is downloaded

There is no option in SF to disable cover/title ..
.. but my workaround to disable cover is here
