Amazon The selected subtitle cannot be loaded when the Stream is still viewable Amazon

I used to be able to download normally but now I can't download anymore, I don't understand why?
When I watch it online, it shows up, but when I download it, it doesn't come with it

I can't see your subtitle settings: original, srt or remux ..
.. and not your VIP Video Format: mp4, mkv(ffmpeg) or mkv(mkvtoolnix)

    So I can't say what's your problem ..
.. add the info or better your StreamFab.log

In Germany are only german + english subs offered ..
.. and both works (for example) with remux in mkv(mkvtoolnix)

All the subtitles I can download are normal, it's just that the subtitles I marked in the above post are available but for some reason they don't download?

Because I can only test two subs in Germany - I need your StreamFab.log for more details ..
.. even if I can't believe that you can read/understand all the languages

click settings - preferences - preferred settings - under subtitle action, select "extract to srt file"
see if you can get all the subtitles.

why do you need so many languages?

it's possible that Streamfab isn't able to handle so many at once!
NEVER use the update function within Streamfab. Always download the offline file!

I can see in log that 46 subs selected ..
              .. and all 46 was downloaded (st_00-45.srt with filesize>0)

I've already seen mkv with >60 subs - so mkv is not the problem ..
.. but I have read that e.g. Plex is only supported up to 30 (or was)

So I don't know if the limit is by SF self, the muxing tool or the command line
(never seen so many subs at amazon.de - so I can't test)

I thought I would check, but the specific show is one you have to buy.

If there are more than 46 and 46 downloaded, then you may have to figure there is some internal limit to how many subtitles can be downloaded.
In most single user situations, there is no need for even 46 subtitles.
Usual locations for temp, and cache files. Windows Streamfab.
                  %HOMEPATH%/Documents/DVDFab/StreamFab/Temp
                  Usual locations for log files.
                  %HOMEPATH%/Documents/DVDFab/StreamFab/log

If possible, please help me check the reason why. I don't need to download other subtitles, but I need to download the subtitles I marked above

Then only check/select what subtitles you need, don't check/select them all.

As I stated, I can't access that show (American Gods) because it requires me to buy. Or I would gladly check otherwise.

ADDED: I just Tried REACHER, it's a show with seasons and episodes and shows 67 subtitles and saved 67 srt's, just like my test with a movie.

                      Good luck.

NOT to confuse anyone, but I did find a movie on Amazon that can be downloaded with just Prime membership that has 56 different subtitles, I used Extract to SRT file and got all 56 srt's.
                      Movie: My Fault London.

Looks like you need to use the Extract to SRT file.
I tried remux, MKV(ffmpeg) on Reacher and the max subtitles were 32.

Well, most thought your issue was a subtitle issue, including me.

If it's specific movies, not downloading, then we need the titles of those not downloading.
Only list movies or items that do not require renting or buying. Only ones included with Prime Membership.
Then they can be tested by others, or if/when I have time, I can test any movie/show that's included in Amazon Prime membership.

If it only happens with rent or buy movies/shows then first uninstall and then install streamfab, then delete the streamfab.log
Then try trouble item(s), you could then try attaching the log here, but you may need streamfab support to help.
