How to get the smallest size listed?

This may have been covered before, looking to find out how to get smallest file, so when it says 1920 - 4 g, then 1920 2g, then 1920 962k. When i download the 962k it always ends up being closer to the middle download?? Also i noticed on Netflix there is not a 265 option that is available?

    Thanks for the help.

There is an issue with 6224 and H265, if you need that you can either wait to see if they fix it in the next version or go back to at least 6223.
Also, SF is most times wrong in file size, selecting the smallest shown will give you the smallest possible but may be different from what SF shows.
You also may want to try AV1, many seem to think highly of it and I have been trying it and getting smaller sizes with very good quality.
Although I don't check if the file size is what SF says. I take what I get, at least I have the movie until my hard drives fail, which I hope is a very long time away.
