Hi, I cannot download Puppy Place. Get the error 'Failed to obtain the decryption key, please contact us for assistance'

Just tried - no issue - several episodes downloaded successfully. However - I do notice indications for 'free trial' even though I have active subscription and show logged in, so check your login status

You should attach your log file so people here can see what errors it may show

I just got home - my first attempt also looked like this

But playing in SF works ..
.. and manual retrieval of keys and dl without problems with Puppy Place.s01e01 in SD

Sign-out and Sign-in change nothing for me ..
.. and SF 6223 + 6219 also affected.

But other serie works for me:

Looks exactly the same as mine and already listed in #3

And I see no reason (difference) because other series works
and all epi (same with s02e01/e08) from "Puppy Place" not.
