I think I SAID it works on win 11 right?
Every pc is not capable of updating to win 11. Maybe you have deep pockets to just go out and buy new machines. Some of us don't!
And when I bought this fine piece of sw, it supported win 7, 10 and 11. What happened to that? Do I get my money back for all
the pcs it no longer works on?

I don't feel like trying my Win10 setup. I am waiting more and will either scrape the Win10 computer or look into upgrading using Rufus as explained below.
Note, that support WILL end on or before the end of the year, and many unwanted users are now upgrading to Win11.
Your choices are:
To make sure your Win10 computer has all current updates. (Windows 10 2022 Update | Version 22H2) and keep checking for updates till none show.
Or
Get a VM setup with Win11Pro on Vbox or VMware Workstation \ VMware Workstation Player, through your Win10 computers.
Or
UPGRADE. I usually recommend using Rufus to make a USB to upgrade none compatible Win10 computers, as Rufus is FREE and very well known.(read about it HERE)
You can get the latest Win11 in ISO directly from Microsoft (HERE).
And if there is any software still supporting Windows 7 they should be ashamed as that OS was retired. And the same will happen with Win10 by the end of the year.
I can't say why some software still says or even tries to support Win7. And might as well get ready sooner than later for it to happen to Win10.
I am not happy with Win11 I see issues others see, but that's the way it goes unless you want to pay huge $$$$ for longer support for Win10.
And yes, then the software makers SHOULD make it clear when their software no longer supports Win10.Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.

What has happened before from miscellaneous users reporting issues with Win10 is their system is not updated with the latest Win10 updates.
That is why I suggested the first thing is for OP to check that Win10 is fully updated.
They should start looking into the VM idea or updating the Win10 systems with Win11 using Rufus to make a USB with an install version of Win11 that makes it so Win11 can be installed on any Win10 computer.
