Hopefully many of you are heeding Cats4U 's advice on replacing key files each time you update your program.
So, WHY is SF still installing version 68 of Mkvmerge? We are now up to version 91. Version 68's file size is significantly larger too, which is odd. Sometimes the random failures on the remux stage seriously might be associated with this.
mp4box is a little more confusing though because it doesn't clearly state what version it is. But, no doubt we are getting an older version of that too, even though the development is not as much as involved as mkv dev.
My checklist after an update always involves:
Replace mkvmerge
Replace mp4box
AND to mod the Amazon amazon_get_season_urls.py script (credit to 0xFeedBeef ) to look at the bookmarked season, not all seasons.
And if you suddenly get a random site issue (usually Netflix), delete associated cookies with that site. Plug this URL into your SF browser: chrome://settings/content/all?search=all+site
Search the cookie by name (Netflix, Hulu, etc) and delete all selected.
