StreamFab General Query Disney+ and Hulu

I decided to go with the 4-month trial of Hulu & Disney+ with ads.
I tried Hulu and can find and get 4k content, so far with Disney+ I did find content that says 4k, but streamfab will not show 4k options for downloading.
So is it only specific content on Disney+ or does this trail plan only allow for up to 1080P for Disney+ ?

I already know I most likely will cancel after the 4 months but was wondering for the next 4 months if I can get any 4K in SF from Disney+. As I said Hulu I can get 4K in SF.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or ideas or info help.

ADDED: Ok, I did try a forum search and did see a few posts about 1080p being the highest with Disney, but I still would like this confirmed, if possible.
And I noted it only seems it's HULU movies in 4K.

I do know too that it's not SF it's the sites that seem to limit it.

Plain and simple: just use streamfab for Windows offline installer, which is always available at https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=StreamFab_x64

I wanted to add another question, was there not a database of old 4k Disney+ keys, or was that for 1080p? Are they, since this is 2025, no longer valid?
I ask this because I found nothing that gives higher than 1080p on Disney+ in SF.
And for Hulu is it just HULU made content in 4K?

And with Hulu it seems the content is not labeled if 4K, or any other way, but I see nothing even though Google says...
'A "4K" badge will appear on the details page of a TV show or movie when 4K Ultra HD is available'

At Least Disney+ says Ultra HD and HDR.

As far as downloads go, the most recent Disney content limited to 720P. Some older content 1080P. Almost nothing available in 4K

Thanks for replying, that will help me understand. That's my main issue, what happens when downloading with SF.
I am sure if using a Roku player to view, I could get more in 4K.

And it surely seems Hulu made content is only what's available via SF, at least in 4K. Nothing else shows available in SF at 4K.
This also I am going to say this may change also using a Roku player to view.

I just need to ask as I have 4 months and even 1080p for most is ok. It will end up only costing me, approximately for the 4 months, around $12.

No, all of 1080p videos in Disney+ can download as 1080p with StreamFab.

Yes, Disney does not support 4K.

When it comes to HULU 4K, its usually just Hulu created content, i.e. created for/by Hulu, like Vacation Friends, Only Murderers In The Building, etc. So there is a "limited" selection of 4K content on Hulu. If its available as 4K on Hulu, SF can download it.

When I visit Hulu dot com with a web browser (not inside StreamFab), I do not see 4K/UHD tags or such, so StreamFab wont show them when browsing content.

As Wilson confirmed, you can download at a maximum of 1080p from Disney+ in StreamFab. SF can't download 4K from Disney+.

Thanks again everyone for the detailed info!!
So it will be I won't get 4K from either unless it's Hulu and Hulu created content.
It seems I am and should be happy I get 1080p.
As walker189 said, I did find some new Disney content only in 720p, but still is good. Sometimes I download some content in 720p anyway, depending.

Hulu opens up a whole additional world with shows from FOX, FX, ABC and more.

There are a few things I've gotten only in 720p, and that's usually been a random "special" from ABC. Even if shared with HULU, I get the same. But I'd say 99% of what I'm getting is in 1080p.

If it helps at all, try altering your preferences so that the General Services -> Video Resolution is "Best Quality" and set the VIP services so that the Video Resolution is "Full HD - 1080p" and have the Video Codec in each of the five VIP modules set at H265. You may not necessarily get what you download in 10-bit (if it's only 8-bit on the provider's end) but you sould still get 1080p regardless.

                  Thanks again.
I usually and am not really having too many issues.
Disney+ & Hulu package is new, and I have 4 months to trial it at approx $3 per month.
So every provider is different and once used awhile learning them will be the same as I know Amazon, Peacock and Netflix.
I 99% don't see myself keeping these 2 providers as after the 4 months it goes to normal pricing and not a price I care to pay.
So was looking into getting what I can and if 4K was possible, just for testing I did get a Hulu made movie in 4K, But really none I care about.
I also don't get 4K with Netflix, Amazon or Peacock at all.
