Download will not start

    Hulu Download will not start

    From yesterday, coukd not download anything from HULU JP.
    It shows as if it is going to start the downlod, though ithe progress sticks to 0% and never starts.

    This could be just an issue with Hulu JP or possibly an issue on your end.
    As Hulu USA works, there are times the download pauses depending on what I try to download, but never at 0% and usually starts back in minutes.

    You can try posting a log that may help if others get a chance that can read logs.
    Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
    Things need to be done with active moderatoration.
    Disclaimer: Use of a VPN can NOT be fixed by StreamFab.

      Heres the log files. Though I am not sure everything is captured in the Log Files.

        Please upgrade to the new version 6227 and try again, it's fixed.

        Please post your logs the default location is:
        For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
        For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
        Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
        If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
