Downloads videos and gets stuck

      When I tried to download a video from HBO Max, it would get stuck after a few seconds. The download process could not continue and it stayed at that position. Uninstalling and reinstalling the software did not solve the problem.
      PS:before,when downloading,the browser could play the video.
      now,when downloading,the browser couldn't play the video,skip and return homepage.
      When no download,the browser only play the video is normally.
      Please help me！Thanks！

        I see in log only the cancel - but not the reason for freeze ..

        (My translate results: The Mysterious Files of Shubigou - but no title at Max)

        Used links are not working in China - so which country used?

        Perhaps it's "only" a VPN issue - so try a different server

        Ok, get it via Taiwan ..

          StreamFab Version, Platform, and OS: v6.2.2.8, Win x64, Windows 11 Pro

          I can access and play back HBO Max video on my Chorme browser, but StreamFab could not download the video.
          After downloading a part,it gets stuck.There are no error messages at all.it always gets stuck.(see picture below)
          excuse me，what is the reason for this?

              Disney+ is Ok,HBO Max can't download,Individual can be downloaded,but most of them can't.
              I think this is a program bug.

              Why do you think that ?

              For me, all SF versions are affected ..
              (tried SF 6228/6227/6223/6219 in Europe + USA)
              .. so I think MAX has changed something
              and yes playing in SF works fine

              For me it looks like all HBO content is affected (Qcef.exe hangs)
              but MAX Original works fine for me

                Since I can't do it myself for the first time in over a year,
                probably no user in the forum can help you.

                Max has apparently changed something that has not yet been considered in SF
                (probably the HBO intro in the 1st period in mpd).

                You can only report the error (ticket here - or via feedback in SF)
                and have to wait until the problem is fixed by the developer.

                  Since the episodes are listed incorrectly at Max with SF 6229 (info)
                  they have to get active with Max anyway - You're not alone => info

                  Otherwise “The Last of Us s02” could be quite annoying ..

                    @Germania I've been having the same issue with Hulu downloads since 6.2.28. It'll periodically look like the current download has hung, but if left alone long enough (frequently several minutes), it sometimes starts up again.

                    As for The Last of Us S2 on Max, it took me 20 minutes to download the first episode. Most of the remaining episodes downloaded in 2 minutes each--all but the last one that hung multiple times.

                    With SF 6229 analyzing "The Last of Us" works - but season 2 shows only 9 epi from season 1
                    SF 6228 (with correct epi listing) can analyzing mostly all - but no HBO for me (USA+EMEA)

                    And in Germany WOW have no problem with analyzing/listing - but dl never start (info)
