Just wondering if DirecTV Stream is supported. I do not see it as an option on the VIP Services screen.

Don't think it is noted as supported, but you may find SF supports sites not listed.
All you can do is try doing it yourself and see if it starts analyzing, and then send a download to the download queue and then see if it downloads.
If not and since it don't seem it's listed as a supported site, you could let others know here if it works or not.
But since it does not seem it's listed as a supported site, don't expect SF support to help.Plain and simple: just use streamfab for Windows offline installer, which is always available at https://www.dvdfab.cn/mlink/download.php?g=StreamFab_x64
