Tried using the mod jpp72 has at the sticky thread? Yes, it is not a 'fix', but it is a workaround.

Or, play episode 2, pause it for awhile. Then when you click the series it should look at the paused episode.

Workarounds only work if you know there's a 5.1 episode in between. If you don't know, you'll unknowingly miss a 5.1 episode. The problem is that it's only unfixed in Germany.

What makes you think that?

I can't test Bones with english audio in USA, because s01e01+s02e01 have EAC3 5.1
And s01e01+s02e01+s03e01 have Espagnol in EAC3 2.0 - no german audio offered ..

But I tried at PrimeVideo.com and it's the same:

I can confirm, that when I analyse Bones.s02e01 and select
s02e01+s03e01 .. I get s02e01+s03e01 with german EAC3 2.0
