I don't know. I just tried, and there was no issue. Also, log needs to consist of streamfab.log, not install.log.
Maybe try, with streamfab closed, remove/rename SF Temp (or cache - here)

Your attachment don't contain your StreamFab.log
(only install.log + products.json + some images)
Close SF, rename the StreamFab.log
start SF, try once and after fails close SF
and attach your StreamFab.log to your post
If you don't find your log Dir ..
.. look in SF Settings where you're Log Directory isComment
