As he forms his most intimate relationships during his rise to fame, he grows restless with the folk movement and, refusing to be defined, makes a controversial choice that culturally reverberates worldwide. Also starring Edward Norton, Elle Fanning and Monica Barbaro, this snapshot of a pivotal time in contemporary music history is directed by James Mangold from a screenplay by Mangold and Jay Cocks. / / Some flashing lights sequences or patterns may affect photosensitive viewers.
