Amazon Cannot download from Amazon Prime anymore

When I pick a movie I get this error message, before I even click "Analyze":

Prime Video is incompatible with your current operating system or web browser.
You must update to watch Prime Video titles. Review the Prime Video system requirements. If the problem continues, please contact Amazon Customer Service and refer to error 7132.

I'm in the US. Have not done Amazon downloads the last 2 months or so. I did a clean install of 6.2.3.4. There's nothing in the logs, because as I said, even bofore I click "Analyze". Any ideas?

Solved. After StreamFab was running in the background (had some other stuff to do) for half an hour or so, I thought, let's try again and this time it worked. No idea how that cleared itself up.

I only remember having it once, and it was recent. I was able to just X it out and continue and download from Amazon.
Most times, it does not seem to interfere with downloading when reported by other users.

Or wait, wait, wait, maybe streamfab will update it.

This is one reason why (you can see more (here))...
      Software StreamFab 6.2.3.4 Current release
      CEF (Chromium) 131.0.6778.205 136.0.7103.33
Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
Things need to be done with active moderatoration.

Disclaimer: Use of a VPN can NOT be fixed by StreamFab.

Chromium 131 is far too recent to trigger an incompatibility warning. With Amazon, you might not get away with it, but with a lesser streamer, simply changing the User-Agent could make it look like you have something other than you have. The use of Client Hints (here) has cut down the effectiveness of switching the browser's User-Agent.

Ignore it; it will go away on its own. The download should work just like that!
NEVER use the update function within Streamfab. Always download the offline file!

Well, it seemed possible, it would be interesting to know what could cause it, then, my browsers, which are always updated to the latest versions, NEVER have the issue.

And Sebastian001, I too tried to make it known to the OP, it should not overall interfere with downloading from Amazon. Hopefully they realized that and are happily downloading now.
They seem to have indicated it is possibly working now, in their second post.

Oh ok, again thanks Germania, seems yet another issue streamfab should try to address.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I still have no idea why it happened in the first place and how it "self healed". I was trying to download an (old) movie which I had rented. Was confronted with the error message shown in the original post. I did NOT get the analyze dialog. Since my StreamFab was not the newest anymore, I decided to update. Uninstalled the old one, deleted all the cache and log and the other stuff. Clean install of the current version using the offline installer. Error message was still there. Went over to the downloading section just to make sure that there was no old job hanging around. Left StreamFab running in the background and did some other stuff for about 30 minutes. Pulled StreamFab back to the foreground, went to Amazon again and tried again and this time no error message. But I did get an analyze dialog that did not list any resolutions. Was scratching my head for a minute, then switch from H265 to H264 and the resolutions showed up. Made selections, ran job, all good. No idea what all that was about.
