YouTube Wetv.vip can’t download subs

I’ve tried download from wetv.vip, the video comes ok, but no subs, I’ve selected only the sub I want or all of them but none came with video, can anyone test and says if it’s a bug?

I can only check 5min with non-VIP and it show subs in player and offer in SF ..

Because the DRM M3U8 prefix in title:
I don't know if it's different with VIP access (other Downloader?)

The m3u8 file that I get in regular Browser contain no subtitle info:



But the downloaded sub in previous post is for the full episode
(not only 5 min like video) - at least this should work without login.

I've tried separate SRT too. In this case only for YT? Because I use MKV + "Remux Into File" with the others VIP streams and works fine like NF, Disney, Prime

I think so - I've never seen this problem anywhere else
(when testing - because my default is always mp4)

That was me that changed the prefix to DRM M3U8 because the OP left it blank. JPP72 and I worked hard getting the prefix display revised, so users could easily find other recent posts for the module they are having problems with. It is one of the few moderator functions they have not taken away from me.
As far as I know, wetv.vip is not an SF VIP module. Do you have another name for the module as an SF VIP? I am not well versed in Chinese streamers. It can be found listed under the YouTube listing.

Except for the free gay boy shit, the few pay videos I looked at appeared to be DRM M3U8 and that's how I labeled them. Getting back to the title subject, I wasn't able to bring up subtitles in MKV (FFmpeg) either.

OK, I get it - I was wondering because it's handled by YT Downloader
not DRM M3U8 Downloader

And before anywhere ask:
No, updated mkvmerge change nothing in this case (it's not used)
and updated ffmpeg for mkv (Lavf61.7.100 instead Lavf60.3.100) change also nothing

I made the correction for the prefix, although I did see one video that showed a M3U8 analysis icon. I, also, saw the use of YT Downloader on another video. I made the choice then to list it as M3U8, but I'll go along with what you say it is, just to have a consensus.

DRM MPD used to have a problem with .vtt subtitles and they fixed it in a recent version. They probably need to do the same for M3U8
