    StreamFab for Windows Crashing Constanly

I did a fresh install of 6.2.3.4 because it was constantly crashing and is still doing it. I have deleted the contents of the temp folder, restarted my computer, and run all of the other standard diagnostic processes. If I attempt to queue downloads while downloading from any service, it will crash. I have to pause it even when browsing any service websites. It also fails to download/record on Starz, MAX, and Hulu. It is also not actioning on any of my scheduled downloads and gives me the red dot that it wasn't able to or didn't download them. In the time that it took me to write this post, it crashed 6 times on different service providers and didn't complete a single download. Is anybody else having this problem?

I can't say anything about Starz or Hulu ..
.. and in the last week with 6234 I actually had a crash once (Max with VPN)

Any security tools running in the background ?

Try using only one provider at a time

I am running Windows 11, and it is updated.. Here are all of the log files I could find. I am using Malwarebytes and Avast. Neither has flagged Streamfab. I am still really new to Streamfab, and I am still figuring it out.

The beginning in log with 6230 is weird - all lines triples

Hulu + Max are not in log - I see starz, amazon + P+

Starz (at the same time as P+)
          Code:
          [Info]: **** Audio info invalid
          [Critical]: QtDownloadTask::onError : errorString :Error transferring https://mecdn3.starz.com ..
[Critical]: "[DownloadStarz]" **** Download fail. The error is : 10201
          P+
          Code:
          [Info]: [CefMedia] StartExtractMpdSubtitleInternal normal return.
          2025:05:08-02:07:39 0x00006d60 [Log]:
          ErrHandler.

For Hulu there are two things to consider. You need to make sure you are set to h264 because h265 will likely hang or report HD is not available if you wait long enough, a very long time. The only reason you will set to h265 is if you know for sure something is available in 4K... then you will get h265 HD.
The other thing is, sometimes when the Hulu module first runs, the analyze phase will be stuck at 0 and never proceed, and in the log will report a Host Resolve error. The only fix for that is to cancel, and close the program and reopen it after all portions of the app have closed (just wait 20-30 seconds).

I just ran Hulu again and got an error code 10302 on every attempted download. It crashed when I attempted to download from Discovery+. It downloaded some on Max but hung on others. Would you like me to upload another log pull?
I saw that 6.2.3.5 is now available. What files do I need to copy in order to keep everything in my queue and my download schedule?

I personally have no Hulu or Discovery account - so I can't compare this.
But there are some Hulu users who are also “Trusted Members”
and can therefore read attached logs.

I can only offer to compare Max or P+ logs (from USA)

                > What files do I need to copy in order to keep everything in my queue and my download schedule?

You could see Scheduled task in StreamFab entries in the Task Scheduler
                Click Win+R and copy/type: taskschd.msc

                Your queue is here

But they should remain untouched by default SF Uninstall or Upgrade

I don't usually download h265 files, but I will make sure that I don't have that setting inadvertently selected from now on. I am probably fixing to update to the 6.2.3.5 because the consistent crashing is getting very irritating. If it continues to do that after updating, I may downgrade to a previous version.

One of the fresh installs I did to track down a problem (which wasn't fixed from a fresh install) kept crashing after giving a Visual C error.
Only suggestion I can offer that may or may not work is to run SF as Administrator.. That stopped the Visual C crashes.
