Disney+ Are you able to download from Disney+ at the moment?

I haven't tried it for a bit more than a week, but yesterday I realized that Disney+ is on "analyzing" and stays like that whenever I click a movie.
Amazon is just ok.

I am just wondering because if that is a common problem at the moment, I will stop trying and wait for a bit. I did a reinstall but that did not change anything.

Thank you for the link. I have just realized that it is a classical user error: I tried to download a movie that has not been released yet, so only the trailer is available. Sorry for the confusion.
