Discovery+ SteamFab no longer finds any subtitles for Discovery+ shows

Recently all shows on Discovery+ no longer show any subtitles to download, even when playing the video normally on the website does have subtitles.
Is anyone else having this problem too?

    Try this:
Works fine if it's just one episode.
Start the episode in a regular browser where there are subtitles.
You don't need to run it for more than a few seconds before stopping it again.
Then refresh the browser in SF.
    Select episode from "Continue watching"
Then it is finished with subtitles or you are given the option to choose subtitles.
A lot of work if it involves a lot of downloads but it Works.

Gave that a try, but unfortunately I'm still seeing "None" under Subtitles. This show definitely has subtitles if I play it in a browser.

        My advice is Try again!
I Could also tried "Decorating Cents" but it is not available on Discovery in Norway.

click settings (upper right hand corner of the streamfab interface) - click preferences - preferred settings - under "subtitle action" click the
dropdown menu and select "extract to srt file" see if you can get subtitles.

I've tried many times now and still no dice. I've tried reinstalling StreamFab, and tried each subtitle setting like "extract original format" or converting to SRT. No show on DIscovery+ will show subtitles in StreamFab now. I suspect they changed something on the website and StreamFab needs to fix this.

Please delete or rename your current StreamFab.log. Run a download of an affected Discovery+ video. When done, attach the new StreamFab.log to your post here using the "Upload Attachments" button.

Tagging in on this with my log since I've had the same issue since the Discovery+ Downloader rework a month or two ago. No option for subs appears with any video I've tried despite re-installs and the suggestions in this thread. I submitted feedback a couple times and was told it was passed onto the devs, but hasn't been fixed yet. Here's the log (using ver 6.2.3.9), only edited to remove some instances of my email.

Editing to remove your email is not the issue. You removed two important sections at the beginning of the log. One with all your settings and the other which shows whether you have the license to use the program as a whole and each individual module. Without those sections, I won't even look at your log. Post #7 was a shortened form of my instructions on how to attach your log. What follows is the complete version...
Please delete or rename your current StreamFab.log. Run the ONE download that you are having problems with. When done, attach the new StreamFab.log to your post here using the "Upload Attachments" button. Do not post the log text within the message. Do not edit this new StreamFab.log in any way, including removing any line(s). Do not send the entire log directory. Do not send any other file but StreamFab.log. If you follow these instructions, there is no need to compress the file using ZIP, RAR, or any other compressor program.

I had deleted the log after i opened the program, which is what must have cut off the first part. Hopefully this one is right.

                      first delete, then open :-)
NEVER use the update function within Streamfab. Always download the offline file!

The log looks okay (but I can't test/compare without account)
                        Code:
                        [Info]: selected audio : QList("English - Original")
                        [Info]: selected subtitle :  QList()
[Info]: selected video res : "14407749:1080"

                        [Info]: mimetype text, ignore
                        [Info]: ParseMPD, cast 54 ms
                        [Info]: AddVideoItem max resolution (1920 x 1080)

[Info]: **** add sutitle item failed.

and therefore no sub added to queue
                        Code:
[Info]: [Analyze Dlg]: "Record add to queue -- Audio:English - Original"
[Info]: [Analyze Dlg]: Record add to queue -- Resolution: "14407749:1080"
[Info]: [Analyze Dlg]: Add Queue Count: 1
