Disney+ SF does not probe-down audio in "correct" order

Encountered this scenario: The first (and majority) of a series is available in ec-3 5.1 but one episode is only ec-3 2.0, and instead of downloading ec-3 stereo, SF downloads AAC.

Series in question: Alias (S01E17 is the oddity)

and even if you select the episode to be analysed manually, even though the analysis window shows ec-3 stereo, SF still downloads AAC...

Yes, if selected EAC3 5.1 is not available ..
.. looks like only AAC is fallback - not EAC3 2.0

    But after analyzing Alias.s01e01 and select s01e17 I get EAC3 5.1 German ..
.. so I retried same with english and (of course) I can confirm:
    Code:
[Info]: [Analyze Dlg]: "Record add to queue -- Audio:{\"bandwidth\":0,\"channel\":6,\"codecs\":\"eac-3"
    [Info]: "[DownloadDisney]" Match audio/subtitle success
[Info]: audio info lang: en codecs: eac-3 bandwidth: 0 channel: 2
    [Info]: Remux show audiocodec: "EAC3"
    [Info]: format : "AAC LC"

Is actually just as much nonsense as changing the selected video codec
just because the bitrate is different - like here

btw: Sometimes the display is really funny (VIP Setting H265 - SDR)
