Update to version 6.2.4.1 and download still fails at Remuxing. Reinstalled version 6.2.3.7 and have no issues. Hopefully this issue gets resolved.

Please try again with old ffmpeg in SF directory:

I suspect that this has to do with the ffmpeg upgrade in SF 6238.

Therefore, an interesting test would be to rename the existing ffmpeg.exe (v7.1.1)
in the SF directory and copy the previously used one (v6.0 from SF <6238) there.
The file can be also found here

Installed v6.0 in the SF directory, did a test download and it worked! Is this something that SF can correct in future updates? Thanks for your help Germania

However, it has always worked for me so far
Unfortunately, I don't know how to narrow down "under certain conditions" any further.
For the vast majority, there is obviously no problem with upgraded ffmpeg.
