Sorry, but I can't test D+ in USA - in Germany it works:

So I can't say if there is the problem (after the 2nd thread)
caused by SF 6240 "only" in USA or caused by D+ in USA - so retry with 6239

I am in US - seeing same result for this title from Hulu and Disney. I usually chalk this up to being a new release title and frequently circle back a day or two later and they end up working

I am in the US, so far it gets to the end downloading, and then 609. This was trying H265. Seemed it was something during processing.
Tried mkv(FFmpeg), mkv(mkvtoolnix) and mp4. Still seems to be some issue with H265. My Disney+ & Hulu will end soon, but until then, I default both now to H264 because of other issues with H265 as well. All Things work fine using H264.

I was glad when Netflix went to AV1, as I had sporadic issues using H265, I had for a bit to use H264, but now all with AV1 no issues.

H264 works without issue with this movie through Disney+.

Test through Hulu for same movie at H265, went without error.

For Disney+ I was using H265 HDR10, I then saw I could use H265 SDR, and that also went without error.

Things can't be fully accomplished without proper access.
Things need to be done with active moderatoration.

Same issue with 6.2.3.8 (I don't have the 6.2.3.9 installer saved). Definitely appears to be an issue decrypting the H265 version. Sucks that H264 doesn't have Dolby Vision.

            Only thought out loud:
I previously thought that outside "old Europe" (EU law) you could use D+ with VPN in other countries ..
.. then you could also use Germany, couldn't you?

Also DoVi works for me (also 1080p available):

I used a VPN to connect to Germany and tried Disney+. It gave me an error in Polish that I couldn't get past.

I never seen a Polish error message at D+ Germany ..
.. so try a different VPN Server or Provider or a different country in Europe

609? Isn't that the mp4box error creeping up again?

Nope - see code in post #2

The title was never decrypted, so the remux never began (no mp4box in log)

Using the Hulu module is unacceptable, I take it, even though the movie comes in H265? (HERE)
And I can tell by the way some talk H265 SDR option is unacceptable for the Disney+ module.

If so, maybe wait, as it's a movie just added to Disney+ & Hulu, so it may be around a while to see if SF can fix H265 in the Disney+ module.

This error might be the one that goes back as far as 6235: https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/stream...ent#post462832

Tried it today - 4K on Hulu worked, 1080p H264 worked on Disney

No issues on my end with Hulu. v6.2.3.9. Disney+ comes in as H264

Yeah, I usually wouldn't care if it's H264 or H265, except in this case Dolby Vision is only in the H265 version, and only on Disney+. Not the end of the world, but I figured if it was a bug it would be good to get it fixed. I've gotten a lot of stuff from Disney+ before and never run into this particular error.
