Can't connect to server/Accused of using cracked version

After purchasing a month threw express and turning it on and connected to a New Jersey server both SF and DvDfab authorized. After closing the programs and shutting VPN down i reopened and both authorizations sticked and server is now being connected on both because I can now check for updates in the program settings. When I used to use the VPN before I stop paying i always would use a Switzerland server, could this be the issue?

are you installing streamfab via the offline installer or the built in installer ??

i just tunred on my vpn and connected to New Jersey server and it went threw very weird. this was for DVDfab ill try SF now with vpn on

can you try reinstalling an older version of streamfab
to see if you still get the same issue ??

ive tried multiple version same issue both programs are allowed in public and private still same issue. Very frustrating

no go. deleted all firewall permissions before doing a new install in a different directory. After the install i allowed program to pass threw firewall on both public and private still same.

To make sure you don't have a firewall rule that is blocking StreamFab, install it in a different directory and when you run it for the first time, your firewall might ask you to decide what to do.

Also, Windows has a habit of suddenly deciding that your network connection is now a Public connection. Usually happens after a power outage or some other network hiccups.

Make sure your network connection is categorized as a Private network and that may be the source of the problem. StreamFab allowed on Private Network but blocked on Public Network

I think you are wasting your time here in the forum. No one here is able to set program authorizations for you (and that is where the problem seems to lie). If you haven't done it already, send Feedback to the Staff. They have the ability to sort it out.

Have you entered a proxy that no longer works? If a proxy is entered but has been deactivated in the menu, it may be causing a malfunction. I had this problem once. The solution was: enable the proxy, delete all proxy data from the menu, and deactivate the proxy again. After that, it worked again for me.

I just checked it does have a windows 11,version 24h2 to download and install other than that it's up to date

If the manual connection to the authorization server works ..
- and we thus also exclude the DNS server as an error -
.. something is blocking StreamFab64.exe from connecting.

This is usually regulated by the firewall
(or you have caught digital vermin)

Is the hosts file permanently clean now?

Is the connection established via LAN or WiFi?
If WiFi, try connecting via cable
Any changes to the router?

I've checked the settings everything is allowed in public network, nothing seems to have changed on my end idk why it's not connecting to the server so I can authorize. I'm still able to log in the member area on the site. Everything thing on computer is correct has to be on their end or the app is broken. I've deleted everything i could find in my c for SF and DVdfab same
