    Disney+ Error Code 10002 Downloading from Disney Plus

    I am having problems downloading shows from disney plus. The download reaches around 90 per cent then i get an error code 10002. Have tried evreything to resolve this problem but still will not download while using disney plus. Netflix and discovery plus seem to work ok but will have to get refund if this issue is not fixed

    Please read https://forum.dvdfab.cn/forum/stream...eamfab-section and be sure to attach your StreamFab.log using the instructions - Please delete or rename your current StreamFab.log. Run ONE download that you are having problems with. When done, attach the new StreamFab.log to your post here using the "Upload Attachments" button. Do not post the log text within the message. Do not edit this new StreamFab.log in any way, including removing any line(s). Do not send the entire log directory. Do not send any other file but StreamFab.log. If you follow these instructions, there is no need to compress the file using ZIP, RAR, or any other compressor program.

      Am not sure how to attach my streamlog file have tried everything to get disney plus to download my shows but always get error code 10002 so will need to get money back as i have only been able to download 3 shows since purchasing this software

        Software works great; don't give up so soon You can attach file from the little icon right side next to the 'A'. All the services have periodic issues. If you wait until the next day then hit the little retry icon for single video, it should restart. I am using on both Mac and Windows, and it's sometimes a chore, but it does work.

          Have given up with the streamfab disney plus as getting error code 10002 for the last week. Have been told to add file to upload attachments but when i click button nothing happens. How do i add it as it is starting to annoy me as i have paid for this service and still cannot use it. I also have netflix and discovery plus and they are working ok. If this problem cant be resolved i will need refund. Any help from any members would be great. Thanks

            Without any information such as country, title, settings
            and selection, you won't be able to get help anywhere.

            If your StreamFab.log is too large (after a single attempt),
            compress it with zip, rar, 7z or whatever and attach at your post.​

              Have given up will have to try other disney plus downloaders as team here have no solutions will try get refund. I am not able to attach log file so cant get a solution thanks for help anyway

                I don't write this often; in fact, I don't think I've ever written it at all. Yes, please, ask for a refund. Go somewhere else. If someone starts bitchin' about the program or asking for a refund within the first 5 forum posts, I have no compassion or sympathy. Other than the occasional cat and mouse games played by the providers, I've rarely had any problem in the last 3 years. If you can't send a log after I (and others) gave specific instructions, there is something wrong either with your computer or your knowledge of computers. Forum members (especially Germania) are busy enough without having to teach the basics. Hope you get your refund. Enjoy your video capture non-downloads from some other software because no other program does pure downloading of DRM videos than StreamFab.
