Peacock Peacock - "Failed to obtain the decryption key..." error

In trying to download certain sporting events from Peacock, I'm getting the error in red letters, "
Failed to obtain the decryption key. please contact us for assistance.".

Anybody see this before? Is there a remedy?

please post the streamfab log files for the staff to look at.
are the sporting events "live events" if yes, then you may need to wait for the event to stop streaming.
before you can download it.
